3-Mic Set with Stereo Bar

The Ela M 260 Tri-Mono Recording Set is a complete Decca Tree recording system, including three of Telefunken Elektroakustik’s Ela M 260 tube condenser microphones.

All three microphones are equipped with the TK60 Cardioid, TK61 Omni, and TK62 Hypercardioid capsules, elastic shockmounts, and both 30mm and 50mm spheres included to shape the mic’s high-frequency response when using the Omni capsules. The spheres slide over the microphone body, and provide a high-frequency EQ boost to help correct the mic’s frequency response to suit the size of the room.

The kit ships with a vintage-style M 963 three-channel power supply, three M 260 microphones (finished in black, to distinguish them from mono or stereo-kit microphones), three WB60 wooden storage cases for the mics, three elastic shockmounts, three each of the 30mm and 50mm EQ spheres, three sets of small-diaphragm capsules, and three Accusound dual-shielded cables.

The tubes are covered by a 90-day warranty. With product registration, the rest of the kit has a 4-year warranty.
