Stereo Mic Set
Telefunken Elektroakustik’s new ElaM 251 Stereo Set contains two of the company’s flagship ElaM 251 (non-export) replica tube microphones, handbuilt with Telefunken AC701 vacuum tubes, and matched for consistent frequency response and sensitivity.
The ElaM 251 is a three-pattern microphone, switchable among Cardioid, Omni, and Figure-8. A pair of them provides the capability of recording in numerous stereo configurations: XY, AB, MS, ORTF, Blumlein.
The set includes twin wooden storage cases for the microphones, swivel mounts, cables, a two-channel power supply, and a locking leather suitcase.
