5-Mic Set

The CDMK5 adds a 3rd tom microphone to the CDMK4; in total, the five mics in this kit are:

• One MONDO for kick drum
• One ADM for snare drum
• Three ATOMs for toms

All five mics include the company’s SSM elastic shockmount. Four PK-1 Pro Klamp rim mounts are included for the snare and tom mics.

The kit ships in an oversized, padded, velvet-lined, vintage-style tweed suitcase, which has foam cutouts for additional microphones should the owner decide to expand the kit.

Avantone Pro’s CDMK7 is a CDMK5 with the addition of two overhead condensers.
