Definition of "cinemag":

CineMag is a US-based manufacturer of audio transformers. The company was founded in 1979 by Tom Reichenbach.

CineMag provides transformers to numerous mic and preamp manufacturers, including AEA, Groove Tubes, Bock Audio, Cloud, Avant, Tonelux, and Universal Audio (to name a few).

Mic output transformers from CineMag are widely used to upgrade inexpensive imported microphones, whose stock transformers often restrict the performance of the rest of the amplifier circuitry.
