Miktek manufactures a small line of professional studio microphones. Their initial product line includes small- and large-diaphragm condensers, and combines offshore manufacturing with US-made transformers. Assembly and testing are done by hand in the company’s Nashville facility.
The company’s condenser microphone line incorporates some innovative features, such as the capsule polarization voltage switch in the C7.
Some of the circuit design was done by AMI/Tab-Funkenwerk (who also provide the microphones’ output transformers).
