Electro-Voice 635N/D
Omnidirectional Dynamic Microphone
- Same “hammer-like” toughness as the 635A
- Increased output with neodymium magnet structure
The 635N/D microphone is a newer version of the 635A design, with the primary difference being the incorporation of higher-powered Neodymium magnets in the capsule. These raise the mic’s output and alter its frequency response.
Two colors are available:
- 635N/D - nonreflecting fawn beige
- 635N/D-B - Semigloss “camera” black
The diaphragm is made of “Acoustalloy,” a plastic compound that can withstand wide variations in humidity and temperature, in addition to corrosive environments (salt air).
The Electro-Voice 635N/D is also known as: 635N/D-B, 635ND, 635N, 635NDB, 635N-D-B.
