Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone

The CMH8C is a multipattern large-diaphragm FET condenser. It is the tripolar version of the company’s CMH8A/CMH8B.

Like the other mics in this series, it uses a one-inch, 3-micron capsule, FET circuitry, and a transformer-coupled output. It retains the pad and high-pass filter switches of the CMH8B, and adds a third switch for pattern selection (Omni, Fig-8, Cardioid).

A dual-layer mesh protects the capsule. The aluminum body has a “champagne silver” finish.

The mic ships with HM8 hardmount and A3 plastic hardcase.
