Audio-Technica ATM27HE
Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone
The ATM27HE was an inexpensive handheld vocal dynamic with a hypercardioid pickup pattern.
The moving-coil cartridge was A-T’s “Hi-Energy®” design, using a Neodymium magnet. It was shockmounted to reduce handling noise.
