Audio-Technica AT2010
Cardioid Condenser Microphone
The AT2010 is a handheld condenser microphone, intended for stage vocal reproduction.
The condenser capsule is a 16mm electret model, the same as used in the AT2020. The AT2020 produces a brighter sound; its frequency-response graph shows a higher presence peak, ramping from 2kHz to +5dB at 6kHz.
Cardioid pattern control is fairly consistent across the frequency spectrum; there is no significant widening of the pickup area at lower frequencies.
The mic ships with a “Quiet-Flex” stand clamp (p/n AT8470), a thread adapter, and a storage pouch.

The mic was released in 2007.
