Bartlett Audio Cello Mic
Omnidirectional Condenser Microphone
The Cello Mic is an omnidirectional miniature condenser mic designed to reproduce the natural sound of the instrument in a classical music ensemble or other lower volume setting. The mic is mounted to a small foam block that is held between two strings under the bridge and is voiced to capture the rich, sweet voice of the cello.
The Cello Mic has a permanently attached 8-foot cable terminating in an XLR connector. It can be plugged into an instrument amp or mixer. It requires phantom power.
For louder performance situations, Bartlett offers the Cello Mic-LB, which clips inside the f-hole of the instrument and provides the opportunity for greater volume before feedback.
