Vanguard Audio Labs
Founded in 2013, Vanguard Audio Labs is a microphone manufacturer headquartered in Southern California. Their guiding design philosophy is to produce original, high-quality, visually attractive microphones at a price the working engineer can afford. Components are sourced from China and all sorting, assembly, and final testing takes place in the US. Vanguard microphones come with a 5-year warranty.
Vanguard’s designer, Ken Avant, was persuaded to come out of retirement by co-founder Derek Bargaehr. Since becoming part of Vanguard, Avant has taken the reins of product concept, design, and development.
