SE Electronics SE2000
Cardioid Condenser Microphone
The SE2000 was an early large-diaphragm condenser microphone from sE Electronics, prior to the construction of the sE factory. The company’s mics at the time were manufactured by Feilo.
The SE2000 was a rebadged Feilo CR1-87. It was a fixed-cardioid, large-diaphragm, transformer-coupled FET condenser mic, with a -10dB pad and a high-pass filter.
The SE2000 is likely identical to the early MXL 2001P, some of the early Cascade microphones, and ADK mics too. It was replaced in the sE lineup with the SE2200 (around 2004).
The SE Electronics SE2000 is also known as: SE-2000.
