Cardioid Dynamic Microphone
The Golden Age Project D1 is a stand-mount cardioid dynamic mic designed for close-proximity vocal use.
The mic features a die cast metal body with angle adjustment and integrated mount. A noiseless on/off switch is on the mic front.
The body design is reminiscent of the classic Shure 55SH, aka ‘the Elvis mic’.
The published frequency response plot shows significant peak (+8dB) at 4kHz, and low roll off below 100Hz.
