Earthworks Audio DK25/R
3-Mic Set
The DK25/R is one of two entry-level drum kit microphone sets from Earthworks. The “R” version is nominally for Recording, whereas the “L” is for Live.
The “R” includes:
- One SR25 Cardioid condenser, with the KickPad inline pad/EQ filter, plus a foam windscreen, for kick drum
- Two TC25 omni condensers for overheads
Earthworks is known for its “High Definition™” omnidirectional microphones, and includes a pair here for use in studios where the room sound is expected to be pleasing. For compromised spaces or stage applications, see the DK25/L kit, which includes Cardioid overheads.
