Audix M60
Cardioid Condenser Microphone
Audix M60 is a low profile boundary microphone intended for podium and boardroom use.
The miniaturized cardioid condenser produces a “hemi-cardioid” pattern when coupled with a flat surface.
Its computer machined brass body contains proprietary low noise circuitry which operates on 18-52V phantom power. The circuitry is said to be immune to RF interference caused by cellphones.
The frequency response is optimized for voice with a steep rolloff of lows below 100Hz and increased sensitivity from 500–5,000Hz.
Two threaded holes on the underside allow for permanent installation.
An attached 25’ cable can be terminated with either XLRm or Phoenix connector.
The M60 is available in 3 finishes, with either of two output connectors, for a total of six models:
Black | Satin Nickel | White | |
Phoenix | M60P | M60NP | M60WP |
XLR | M60X | M60NX | M60WX |
The Audix M60 is also known as: M60P, M60X, M60NP, M60NX, M60WP, M60WX.
