At last I can reveal the purpose of my secret mission to Sacramento a few weeks ago!
I’ve been cataloging microphones for a while now, ferreting out the best reviews from the best recording magazines to give the users of this site easy access to the most comprehensive collection of microphone information in the world… But there’s always been a glaring exception. Most of the microphone reviews from Tape Op aren’t online.
Until now. RecordingHacks is the new home of the Tape Op Microphone Review Archive.
